Can't say that I've seen that one or have I??
Got it, its a Tachikawa KI-74. This was the 13th pre production before being captured for what I can find out. Check out this link along with other pictures.

Does she have a B-17 tail!?
Kinda looks that way doesn't it. Interesting aircraft, only 16 built, never saw combat again the allies as Japan surrendered before putting it in action. Was suppose to be a high altitude recon\bomber aircraft.
Before she had both markings.
