after a while of being out of service, i started to fly il-2 again.
last night i was flying a mission and went after a tb-3 without escort.

now i can hear you guys think whats special about that, well i can tell you that there is nothing special about it. but its the result i got while messing around in photoshop (in a try to improve my noobish skills).

The "find edges" filter can be alot of fun to work with...creates alot of interesting results! As for "noob", everyone has to start somewhere...it just takes time practice! :thumbleft:

Here's a shot of 3 Libs of the 578th BS, 392nd BG formed up...not a real spectacular shot, but struck me as unique, since this would be the first time since September 1944 that these 3 have been seen together.

EC-B #764 Crash landed 12Sept44 at Manston, England
EC-Y #852 retired from service 29May45

Finally, the Spit XIV. How's it flying? A friend said, it loses most of the maneuverability of the Mk.IX for a power gain less than the late 15lbs Tempest.
