According to the firm , their models are injection ones. But looking at pictures found via the Internet these look like being of the short-run type rather. I think assembling of these can require higher modelling skills at model building.
 
Are they a model shop dat sells kits under their own banner?
Given they are from New Zealand, could they be related to Falcon/Squadron kits?
Falcon used to do some kits, mostly injection short run.
Mostly pretty accurate, but given their nature not the easiest build.
I'm also curious to see the Bf 109 B of theirs...
 
Jay's Model kits are mostly rereleases of the old Tasman kits Geo. They are injection moulded kits (of the thicker short run type), with Falcon vac form canopies. Definitely not for modellers used to Tamigawa quality.
