Supertyphoon Megi (Known to us Filipinos as Juan) is now the most powerful storm currently on the face of the earth, with winds peaking up to 240km/h.

Typhoon Megi

Well outside the house it is still raining, but not as intense as late last night (It rained like a mother 8:00 last night) and thankfully the storm will not pass Manila, but hopes and prayers for those in the Northern Regions who were hit hard.

And thank gawd this city won't have to deal with a storm bigger than Hurricane Katrina. If that happened, it'll (Obviously) be a disaster.

Hey, stay safe (and dry!) my friend! My family was stationed on Guam in the 80's when Typhoon Pamela hit....brick single-story military housing was shaking from the winds! The Pacific has been known to voice her displeasure and toss up some real bastards. Let us know how everything's goin!
