Due to this bl**dy awful King Coupon adware/malware problem, it's almost impossible to use the Internet - everything is jumping around due to ad pop-ups, and even page selection or loading is taking ages.
I'm hoping I can get in touch with my tame computer guru this afternoon, and that he can use some of his magic software to rectify the problem, as the un-installing hasn't worked !
Hopefully, I won't be away too long !

One of two laptops in black, won't even start, same solution as you.

I had the same problem 2 months ago and then I downloaded this program and it killed it all. Get the free version that expires in like 30 days. Run a full scan, quarantine and delete whatever it finds. It has worked wonders for me!

Karl sent me a text with info on how to get rid of unwanted Chrome extensions, which I've now done, and it seems to be fine - so far.
