We regularly get questions on the ticket system that should just have been posted in a thread on the forum.

Please remember that the ticket system is for
  • Problems with your account or other technical problems with the forum
  • Complaints about abuse or other misbehavior on the forum by other members
It is not meant for asking questions about aircraft parts, historical facts etc!

The posts in the ticket system can only be read by the forum team, so only moderators and admins.

When you want to react on content on the forum, please go to the thread with the content you want to react on or create your own thread and post your question there.

So my order for a Latte Cappuccino didnt come through then?

Seriously who is dimm witted enough to do that?
No judgement from me, I think most people who do this have just no experience with a board like this and maybe in general are not that much online. We also have people on the forum that are elder and did not grow up with the internet like most of the younger people have. There are all kinds of reasons why people not understand what a ticket is. I just wanted to make things clear here.

I have never heard of a ticket system but I am not very computer literate.

Its when you click report. Then you have option a create a ticket. The ticket then goes to the admin boys.
It is a serious thing and should, as said by Marcel, be used if forum rules are clearly broken, spam mail or technical troubles.
