I need to know how I can access ALL the visitors to my site. Seems I can only view the last TEN.
How can someone access my email address? I Can't even find it!
OK, now I know............ just click "send email"......... this is not exactly the Best function.......
Not if we are going to be subject to this kind of email.

BILL

*Can someone tell me why this post does not show up in "new posts"?

Yep... it is the way you can use for stopping a such messages. Of course you aren't obliged to answer these. As Mod's Protections is concerned. The Mods team would have to read all members' exchange of letters, etc... I don't think it is possible at all. Also it sounds like a censorship and violation of privacy rules. Anyway reporting of the kind messages here to our Mods can cause banning of a person who behaves improperly.

Even then your email is never shown visibly on your profile, only Instant Message usernames are there. There is the "Send a Message via Email" function available that can be used. If this email is directly to you and not via this websites email service - will come up under WW2Aircraft. Then I'm not sure how the email was obtained, likely something to do with the problems we have been having. It certainly shouldn't be a regularly occurrence and should never happen.

Awww I think she likes you

DerAd, thanks for that tip. I've done it just now.

I think these should be selected by default, if possible.

I've had a radical prostatectomy, I'm not even good for a boy toy any more................... she would give me up pretty quick!

In the general settings there is a vCard download option and several other email options. No idea what a vCard is but I changed some of these settings as well.

N4521, not as long as your money holds out. Probably selling porn pics. with my email service, I can tag an email as spam and the service blocks that sender

I can do this as well........... but the fact the addy was accessed from here is the crappy part....

I have no money, and I would be a poor porn subject!!!!!!

All you can do is learn as you go and plug the leaks as you find them. The internet is a minefield.

Their not spammers, their scammers. Previously organized by enterpising students, the Russian police have rounded most of those amateurs up. Did not shut this sort of activity down in the least. Now mostly run by the Russian mafia, its a low risk money spinner for them.

They always finish up asking for money for fares and visas and the like. I usually respond by saying I need them to send me some money to help with my bogus cripled mother or something similar. Dont do that anymore, though it was barrels of fun

There are not that many organising groups. Couple of years ago I used to get this sort of rubbish all the time. My wife is Russian, so one day we forwarded the messages to the Russian Federal Police and the Australian Security Service. We also contacted her Uncle, who is a full colonel in their Security Service. There were some arrests, but dont know what happened after that, except that we have never received any more messages since then.....guess "she" lost interest after that.

I always feel that the best bet is to not even open such email. there are ways to tell if a recipient has opened a sent email, that way the sender knows they have a "live" email account and they can sell such information. I delete anything I do not recognise and/or report it as spam to my service

N4521U - don't feel bad, I got similar e mails until I reset my settings. They stopped after that.

Only wanted to alert others here. It's something I didn't even consider.

It's like the phone calls we get over here, from India I assume, telling us our computers have a virus!!!!! Now how would they know That??
