From a consistency perspective, it's pretty hard to argue that De Havilland made some really attractive aircraft:

I'll admit the offset canopy of the Sea Vixen is something of an aberration (and I personally prefer the FAW 1 without the overwing tanks), I see this as an exception to prove the rule. Overall, De Havilland had an excellent track record in designing and building really attractive aircraft.
