I always liked this one (Found on the Freeport Library Website):
Description: Black and white photograph of the Spirit of Freeport, a B 29 Superfortress, that the citizens of Freeport, in 1942, raised the money to pay for it by purchasing bonds. It saw service in both World War II and the Korean War. The crew referred to themselves as the "Freeport Kids."
