It certainly is excellent work. How do you cut the metal by the way? I have a lot of thin aluminium (offset litho printing plates) which are ideal for this type of work, but, due to my somewhat crippled hands, I need to find an easy way to cut it accurately. (not so much the sheet, but cutting slots and curves).

Members, thank you for observing and the positive input, highly appreciated. More soon...
@ airframes , I use litho plate as well , from a printer many years ago..becoming scare..but have plenty for the rest of my natural life..;)

I use dril bits and a xcato knife ( #11) to create slots and the like.

Thanks for the explanation. Like you, I have a stock of light-gauge plates which will probably outlast me! I managed to 'save' a pack of unused plates from old demo stock when I left my old job (not printing, but technical specialist for a photo-manufacturing company).

Slow progress unfortunately...only rudder pedal floor board added..
But some days off from work now...more coming.

Instrument panel...the plastic part is too thick...use alu sheet...punch set..is a draft...the instruments are not lined up nicely....will do it again with a little bit more patience.( Steno..?)
