Hello,
I hope it's the right place to ask that...
Was the Ju 88R-2 (Night fighter) equipped with the cupola or the gondola with the 2 MG FF ?
Some sources tell that it was the gondola. In my humble opinion, as a night fighter, I think the gondola is the most probable but when I'm looked on the web I found models with cupola...
Junkers Ju 88R by Rafi Ben-Shahar (Dragon 1/48)
Paul Stipdonk Ju 88 R-2

Other point, what kind of pilot seat in a Ju 88R-2 ? I know it's probably the same as a C-6 version but which seat ?
This one ?

Or this one ?

Anybody to enlighten me please ?
TIA, :)

The Ju88R night fighter was basically a Ju88C night fighter fitted with the BMW 801 engine installation developed for the revised Ju88 bomber in late 1943. By 1943 the MG FF types was replaced by the superior MG151/20 except where the small size of the MG FF was essential like the schrage musik in the Bf110G-4 cockpit space.

This is my page of German nf, criticism welcome :)
