I joined this site to find reference info on models I build but as I was reading through some of the posts here I was wondering, if you have a 60+ year old aircraft and you need a non-existent part what on earth do you do?

Well Murc, you know the old saying... "wish in one hand..."

But I have found old kits on-line for spares. I repaired an old Revell 1/72nd Halifax for a friend, found a partially completed kit on Fleabay for cheep.

Or you could give us the details and a member may have a line on sumpin.
