I just put some one-of-a-kind displays together that I'm rather proud of. I collect WWII aircraft combat loss parts (aluminum skin, etc.) and while I use the sheet metal for my commercial displays I've long had a collection of miscellaneous stuff that was either too large or obscure for that purpose, or the part has markings on it that make it special. These are 14 x 20 inches and I combined the parts with my own original artwork:

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Very nice mate!

Small suggestion: maybe better to write the regular abbreviation for Werk Nummer (W.Nr.) - looks a little strange how you've written it IMO.

Go for it Dave!
Wanted to do something similar if I could have got a nice ring sight from Yedny - not fated to be, as he hardly ever got my e-mails for some reason. Oh well...

Outstanding painting. :salute:

Not sure the piece of unrecognizable scrap metal adds anything to the picture though.
