Hi everyone.... new guy here to the site. Aircraft fan, particularly of old warbirds. Recently retired and spending a lot of time reading, particularly about WW2 history. Ex-Navy (on submarines.....go figure!) and am really enjoying the forum and the discussions.

As a retirement present to myself, I took a ride in the Collings Foundation TF-51D (Touloose Nuts) when they were here on their Wings of Freedom Tour. In a word....INCREDIBLE! The pilot gave me a little stick time and I loved it. Also gave me a little different perspective on the guys that flew them back in the day.
