Hello everyone,

I was referred to this website by someone as I've been trying to track down a photo of a B-24 Liberator used by No. 224 Squadron RAF Coastal Command nicknamed "Taurus". My great grand-father served as the nose gunner on that plane and I was wondering if any photos of it existed anywhere. I've tried searching parts of the web and buying books on the plane with hopes of finding something but no dice so far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers

Hi Jobbo, have you tried contacting the RAF Museum at hendon or the Imperiam War Museum at Lambeth, London? There's the likelyhood that either or both organisations have images of the aircraft. Do you know any further details about the aeroplane, serial number etc?
