OK. It seems that's the Chrome can't access the site because of the lack of the Java service. If you need you may try to use another web browser as suggested.

It's not Chrome. I run Chrome and can access it.

But you have changed its setting recently haven't you?

I don't recall if I had to check the box to allow Adobe Flash Player to always run but it's checked now.

As memo serves you set the "Always allowed to run" option in the PPAPI section a couple of days ago..
