One new WW2 aircraft found today by two divers Pascale Roibu and Iulian Rusu alias Club Marine Explorer. The aircraft was found in Tasaul Lake, near Constanta, Romania. The same divers found last year two seaplanes in Siutghiol Lake (BV 138 and Heinkel 114).

Great news. Is it too early to talk about recovery? Even not knowing what it is yet?

Thanks for posting! Interested to see what this is - The Ju 52, 87 and 88 all saw service in the area.

Right, Hungary and Romania were the only Eastern European countries to operate them...the sole surviving example is in Sweden, if I remember right.

On a side note, I'm still disappointed that they haven't recovered the Me323 that was found a while back in the Med...rare aircraft should have a chance at being recovered/preserved.

Anyway, looking forward to the results of this Black Sea discovery.
