Thanks so much Aaron, Karl and Shinpachi. Shinpachi I think that is a compliment, LOL.

Here are some shots taken at a local car show, I played a little with angles. What do you guys think? Does it work or play a little more.

Excellent shots Merv. One thing to critique though. When you shoot cars on the 3/4 angle, and especially when you are down on the ground where you are able to see all four tires. Make sure that you CAN see all four tires. Other wise it makes the car look a little funny. Just some advice I got from a professional car photographer. The shot of the orange Chevy II is what you are looking for. That angle is just right.

Thanks Hugh, Aaron and Wayne. I hope to go to a car show this week-end, mostly Rat-Rods at the Riverside Airport. I'll keep your suggestion in mind Aaron. The weather for Saturday is suppose to rain so I hope it doesn't put a damper on the show.

I missed this! Congrats to you and your wife Merv!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all my wonderful friends here. I am thankful for all the great friends I have made here and wish I had spent more time online. Just some shots from the light show at "The Living Desert" in Palm Desert. What a beautiful night it was.

Merry Christmas and a great New Year
