Here is a 1/48 Pegasus, snap together, P-51C. I don't do many models in 1/48 but the fit and detail on this $10.00 kit just blew me away. There are even a set of stickers in the box for beginners. The only modification is that the guns were drilled out and replaced, NO putty at all. The photos are done in three stages, first, "The Plane", second, "those taken inside for detail" and the third, "Those taken outside for a more realistic effect". The last photo was taken just after I walked outside and the camera fogged. I thought the misty effect was neat. I will post the whole series later today at community.webshots.com/user/otftch.

Good stuff Ed, and more so for a 'snap together' kit.

Wow what a job and a $10.00 kit as well.
Chuck Yeager says it is more about the man than the machine, You have proved him right and I can't wait to see your next project.

Very nice. You made a ten dollar snap-tite look like a fourty dollar Tamigawa. Impressive!
