I looked into that about 5 yrs ago. I did find anything that was worth the cost. Things should be better now. I would be happy if I had a computer and scanner. I am not happy the way these have been turning out. The colors are terrible. My father and myself have been shooting planes since the mid 70's. We have thousands of images, mostly in black and white. I had only scanned about 100 of them. Of course many of the pictures from the first several years are pretty bad. I was shooting with a Kodac instamatic pack then. I did not even get a 300 mm lens until the lat 80s. I have even taken several shots with a twin lens reflex. The pictures are not great but we have had fun.
