Great photo of the relatively rare Ki-45Kai Otsu with the big Type 94 37mm tank cannon in ventral position. Only this type had it and only this cannon received the big fairing/cover seen here. The second a/c in the back does not have such cannon (small fairing visible) but the 20mm Type 98 (or maybe Ho-3) in ventral position. The rear a/c is probably from the Ki-45Kai Ko-variant. Otsu was in fact a modified Ko.
