Three fighter pilots from Cpt. Leo Ahola's Brewster flight examine a miniature Brewster. The model appears to be painted as Lauri Nissinen's usual aircraft, BW-384, "orange 3", from 2/LeLv 24 (2nd Flight, Squadron 24). The men are from left-to-right: Paavo Koskela, Urho Lehto and Sulo Lehtiö, all from 2/LeLv 24. Tiiksjärvi Airfield 21 May 1942.

Some info on the pilots:

Paavo Koskela (3 February 1920 – 16 February 2017), credited with 2.5 aerial victories, reached the rank of sergeant major.
Urho Johannes Lehto (20 April 1919 – 15 May 1989), credited with 4.5 aerial victories, reached the rank of staff sergeant.
Sulo Armas Lehtiö (27 March 1914 – 31 August 1943), credited with 1 aerial victory, reached the rank of sergeant. Lehtiö was killed in action when Soviet fighters shot his BW-356 down near Koivisto over the eastern Gulf of Finland. He went into the sea with his plane.

The War Department Air Corps, Materiel Division performs flight tests at Wright Field, Dayton, Ohio
on the P-39 (Bell YP-39) and submits its results of the findings today, 5 February 1941. The report
finds that top speed is 368 mph, it can reach 20,000 feet in 7.3 minutes, and that "the P-39 should
not be spun intentionally under any circumstances." The overall tenor of the report is that the Allison
V-1710-35 engine has serious issues.
