I think most people have mixed feelings about the fixed wing F-84. Of course it really belongs in the F-80 category in terms of performance and timing, rather than the F-86.
If only they could have figured out a way to hang a few more 5 inch HVAR on it.

One interesting thing about the RF-84F was that is had guns, four .50 cal in the wings. And it sure reminds you of the F-105, doesn't it?
