Hi all

Just a quick question I'm looking for IJN and IJA aircraft in 1:72 scale can anyone tell me who does some and where I could find them.

Thanks

P.S Javilin is the plane with the wrong scheme the Sea Fury

Very nice collection Javlin. The only 'wrong' schemes I can see are on the Hong Kong based Spit 22, where the blue on the spinner should be slightly darker, and a possible not-quite-right pattern on the Polish Mustang?

You are warm Terry it is a Spit that has the problem

TL the Fury as far as I know pretty much correct as for the 1/72 IJN and such Hasegawa and Tamy make a plenty with good fits.

Thks Guys.Since no has guessed yet it's the camo on the desert planes the Hurri is correct the Spit I flipped the colors

Great models Kevin! I love those Spitfires especially!

Not to nitpick, but the Finn roundels on the He 115 should sit straight, not cantered like the german Hakenkreuz.

TL, I would back Kevin up completely, the best Japanese models by far are from Tamiya and Hasegawa. Their only drawback is their price.

Yep! Like to see some more Kevin! BTW, that Spit is not neccessarily 'wrong'; aircraft with equal numbers in their serial number had 'A' scheme pattern, whilst those with unequal numbers had 'B' scheme pattern. This was normally a 'mirror' image, but could often be a transposition of colours also. It happens!
What kits are you considering selling? Anything above 1/72nd could be interesting; it may be you've got something I like, that isn't readilly available in the UK. You never know, you may have a buyer for one or two (or more!).
Terry.

Well these are all 1/72 built over the last 10-15 yrs. This is one box that hangs on the wall and the other one has about the same # of planes.I am actually running out of space in the house thus the reason for the workshop/hobby room I have been working on for 2yrs+ now.Well you ask for it Wayne

Jeez Kevin! You've got more kites than our Air Force!

Got one box to go Terry. The 1/72 for me offers a true artistic aspect to it for I look only to make the plane astectically(sp) pleasing to the eye.So the planes are quick builds usually 2wks and a sense of accomplishment. Now it's your turn Waynooo
