I finally finished a PCM Fw 190 A-1/2/3 as Bruno Hegenauer's Fw 190 A-2, W.Nr. 0202, as it was as part of the Geschwader Stab of JG 26 'Schlageter' in France, early 1942.

The kit was "challenging" and more tricky than some of the other PCM kits I have built.

I went for a camouflage scheme of 71/02/65 on this early version. Armin Faber's A-3 was still in this scheme when he delivered it to the British in June 1942 if the British reports are correct. It could just as easily been 74/75/76 but I've already got a lot of that on my shelves :)

Anyone else notice that I forgot the wing tip navigation lights?.....Fixed now :)

Steve that is great man, I found the PCM kit a little tricky in some spots, but always the chance of that in limited run stuff, however it looks good when completed. Like you I had to have a 71/02/65 190 in my collection starting with an A-1 next one will be an A-3
