I'm blushing... A couple problems I encountered with this kit had to do the the struts and the supports with the upper wing. While I was well on my way into the kit, I discovered that the landing struts for the right side were missing. I had to scratch build it using the left for a pattern. The supports for the upper wing were not even. The outboard supports were shorter than the inboard ones I discoverd during dry fitting. I cut the inboard ones, attached the upper wing using the outboard supports to determine height, then trimmed the remaining portion of the inboard ones so it didn't push the center of the upper wing into a hump.

By the way. I got lucky when I got this kit. I was able to procure the DR1 from this series. I may tackle that later this year as time permits.

I'm finding them easy to build and helping to keep me motivated when bigger projects get bogged down.

For me, Yellow color is associated with Panzer Lehr Division... I don't know why!

Anyway, it shows 2nd Tank from 1st Platoon, 3rd Company from who knows which unit.
