Me too Vic, that's one of the reasons I bought it, that and the very small, hand-held drill bits in the case, plus the larger bits in the main set.
I already have four pin vises and a couple of sets of (partly depleted) drill bits, but these will come in useful.
Obviously, I don't know how good a quality the bits are until I try them, but the description states tungsten steel, and the reviews are good, so not bad for £13.50, when my previous bits sets alone were around £9 ten years ago !

Yes Evan, everything in the photo is included in the price.

Wayne, I have some of the smaller bits in my current sets, and I agree, they're easily broken, especially when used in a pin vise.
I've been looking for some with thicker shanks, that can be used by hand, rather than in the vise, especially useful for restricted access areas.
