I ordered the Halberd conversion kit quite a while ago and had actually written it off as lost (especially given recent events in Ukraine ), but to my surprise it turned up this morning. Pretty damn chuffed!!! Excited to build this one now - just the small matter of finding the time...

We had the town carnival last week, and part of the celebration was an air display by a Boeing Stearman, so have been commissioned (ie., 'ordered') to make one for the kids

Seems to be 'old Revell', not a modern tooling as I had assumed.

It is in line for building. It goes with my Ryan and AT 6.

While I'm not a devoted bi-plane builder (I've done one), I saw this while placing a paint order (NOTE**Paint orders REQUIRE at least one model kit in the shipping package to keep those plastic paint containers from breaking!), and just had to have it. Looks like a cross-over / hybrid, an interesting addition. However, now looking at the paint instructions (should have done this before placing order) and see that I may have to add some colors to my ever expanding stash. Hmmmm? Wonder what kit will protect those???
