Very coolArrived today from China, just six days after ordering, and free shipping too !
This Takom kit is basically the same as the fairly expensive Suyata kit (£50 + shipping in the UK) but without all the interior detail and engine etc, the majority of which can't be seen anyway. this (kit cost me £24, including tax).
It does include PE engine deck grilles, a length of brass cable for the towing hawser, and a few "moulded in" small details though, and very nice it is too.
Neat instruction booklet, with 1/48th scale line drawings on front and rear covers, and colour profiles for the four decal options - three France, one Italy, all 1944. As far as I know, this is the only later-type Ausf. A in this scale, apart from the aforementioned Suyata kit.
The zimmerit sheet came from the US, again very quickly and free shipping, and is very impressive.
All I need now is my damned frozen hands to start working again !!
