Even better, Santy brings them for you FOR FREE!*

*Terms and conditions apply. You have to be good, and leave milk and cookies out for Santa, and carrots for his reindeer. If you don't, it's nothing but Reindeer poo down the chimney for you young man!
Carrots 🥕 give reindeer gas, that means Santa gets "jet" exhaust in his face all night and with "carrot" chunks in it! Not a good scene on a white beard and red suit.

Even though I've already modelled the Box art subject in GB58, I just had to have the kit for that Box art.... :)

Very cool, Don. I was building a P-47N with the name, "Shell Pusher" (my CFS3 call sign) but got half-way done and the decals went hay-wire and it sits. I think they were an old Superscale sheet. Love that DC-130
The only problem with the DC-130A is that it's all wrong. Wrong nose or wrong engine/props. Etc…. The DC-130A that are depicted in the decals had the long pinochle nose on them and the USAF bird I believe had the original 3 bladed props. I'm sure a little more research would come up with more omissions. There were a couple of aftermarket pinochle noises made for it but that's history now. Cutting Edge made one. The kit would be more easy to build as an E-H verdant straight bird. You can get refueling pods for the wings to do a KC-130F (USMC) or with a nose job MC-130E or H, but that's a lot of plastic surgery nose job, like the DC-130A.

I saw vid on YouTube about a tank battle between a Panther, a couple of Shermans and a Pershing that happened in Cologne right in front of the cathedral. I kind of went down the YouTube hole for a while after that, looking at tank stuff and ending up buying these. I've read that the Panther kit is a pretty simple kit and a good one for a novice to start with, and since the last time I built a 1/35th tank was when I was 11 years old, I'm thinking about starting with it.
