Nice buy Muller, got me one of those too! box art represents a Hikotaicho, Air group leader from the Akagi, Battle of Midway IIRC also a Kaga aircraft with 2 Red fuselage bands....both are representative markings as no pics exist of these birds....

That is a very nice kit to build. Here is a picture on the one that I finished last year. I entered the model in the Kalamazoo Model Competition and won Out-of Box in 1/48 Axis.

There is a huge amount of detail in the kit. I didn't use the bomb racks or bombs for the wings.

I am sure you will have a great time building this kit. I did.
