Not sure my firiend. It seem that the kit bases on the other Revell kits for the Mk.II and Vb planes with the additional sprue for the Vokes filter , spinner+ pop and cockpit hood. Interesting is that the fuselage had a slot with its separate covering at the bottom like for the aressting hook of the sea variant. There is many other parts that allow to make different versions of the early Spitfires, eg.. wing cannon blisters.
Somewhere in one of my books, probably one of the 'Lancaster at War' volumes, there's the original B&W photo of the real aircraft, which inspired the painting.
