Finally got me spitfire clock up on the wall in my home office at the new place. The kids got for me for Christmas back in 2018 and I didn't want to put it up until we moved.
Just arrived. An investment in the future. (Watch Sutcliffe/Contrail will start making new ones with PE and full resin interior!)

Just a small paint order, made by our friend in Russia, delivered via our friends at Hobby Colours in Greece. They took a month to get here despite being shipped right away, but given the ways of the world these days it's not surprising, and come in 10ml jars which is the same volume as Tamiya's and Gunze.
These are also available at Linden Hill Imports, unfortunately there they are a bit more expensive, he had less selection, and of course shipping, the big killer in buying anything from the US, was a bit higher.
What's interesting is that while they are listed as Lacquers, they are shipped as "Acrylic Enamels" yet labelled as "Acrylics". which is no biggie as, as I know from having them, the Acrylics are labelled as "Water Based Acrylics". These lacquers work very well with the Gunze/Tamiya Lacquer thinners.
