Today was IPMS Houston's meeting and we had amongst other things a swap meet. I took quite a bit hoping to thin the stache a bit, BUT, it never seems to work that way.....

We finished our group build. Everyone built Tamiya 1/48 Challenger tanks. We had 14 completed tanks. I'll post them on the IPMS Houston thread.

Never knew Matchbox made 1:25 cars! (And interesting that it's 1:25, not 1:24 like other manufacturers).

I think that Monogram and some of Revell's repops of said brand are 1/24, while Revell's own are 1/25, much like AMT, ERTL, MPC, JO-HAN, Matchbox and Lindberg.
Some of Tamiya's cars are in 1/24 as well, if I remember correctly....

Still on the hunt for some other of my Holy Grails from my childhood....

Unfortunately, when they DO pop up on ebay....
