Revell 1/72 Douglas DC-3 "Eastern Air Lines"

i flat out loved doing this thing from start to finish. because the larger scale kit gave me more playground, which I may duplicate on the 1/72 Stratocruiser. my favorite parts of doing this kit were adding hydraulic lines to the engines and landing gear and just painting the engines, themselves. this is the first time I've done smaller details like this

Very nice looking model. I remember when I was a kid and Eastern DC-3s flew into Nashville. I always liked the Eastern markings
