Snowbird #5 down in Atlanta..pilot ejected

While out shaking out the aircraft prior to the show today in Atlanta, Snowbird 5 ejected safely from the aircraft. The aircraft came down in a vacant rural area. Way too soon to know why or what what happened with the aircraft but the important thing is no-one was hurt.

Good to hear the pilot is OK, and no damage, or injuries, on the ground - apart from some farmer claiming recompense ?

Life hasn't been kind to Snowbird "5". If its the same aircraft it caught fire 2 years ago...
