Testors 1/72 SBD Dauntless

this is possibly my last model for this year. with Christmas coming up, I can't get myself a new model, and even if I did, I wouldn't be able to do it because I've got a LOT to do before I leave for El Paso.

I did this bird in the scheme of the VS-37, used for Anti-Sub warfare in the Atlantic fleet in Feb. 1944 this is my first try at weathering. I used a rubber color for the exhaust staining, and a metallic silver pencil for paint chips.

Great stuff, a paint scheme u dont see very often... The pics are too small for my beat up eyes to see any real detail tho... Any way u could post up some larger single pics in the 800/1024 scale???
