Can you make that for us when we are in London? :lol:

I thought you would come down, taking your equipment in Terry's van and start cooking for us in the middle of Trafalgar Square... :lol:
Then you could tape it for television and call it "Tel's Kitchen".

It would have all the profanity and throwing of objects, just without Gordon Ramsey!

:evil4:

Hmmm I could go for some Fish and Chips and mushy peas.
Serious question.
Is Fish and chips a thing over in the USA ?

It was for a while. I liked going to Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips when I was in high school. We called it "Arthur's creatures".
I occasionally see it on menus but I don't really care for seafood. To me it tastes the way low tide at the harbor smells on a really hot day. I'm from Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn originally.

Now you got me thinking of making some Guinness beer battered fish and chips this weekend, but I really wanted to make another Cioppino. We'll see…

It tends to be more popular the closer to the coast (east and west) you get.

Out here in the West, Fish & Chips is definately regular fare.

cool, thanks guys

@DerAdlerIstGelandet Chris, i hate tartar sauce too ! :-&

To me it ruins the flavor of the fish. Malt vinegar is the way to go.
