I am Embarrassed to say there was left over bacon from yesterday but it made one heck of sandwich when coupled with a cheese bun.

I don't do fancy but I do delicious. Spare ribs, fries/chips and fresh bread. Fries/chips made from taters grown by me.

I'll have to remember that if I sneak into England one day for a meal at your restaurant. Then I'll ask for ketchup as well.

Every year I head to northern Ontario to visit my son, my brother and to do a little fishing. The highlight of the week is the day we take what we need to have what we call a shore lunch. The main part of course is fish that we catch in the morning. Last year we pulled into a sandy beach area. While my friend Silent Greg cleaned the fish my brother got things ready while I collected the rocks required to make the fire pit.


i eat well throughout the year but this is my favourite meal.

Made a good Mexican beef and black-bean stew for the family tonight, good cold-weather food.

Had Chili Cheese dogs for dinner, cold weather or not, they are always the right decision.
