had left over sauce from making cauliflower cheese today so knocked it up as a test run

Just bought some lamb, and I'm going to try out my Bulgarian Guvech clay pot to make some Bulgarian Guvech, which is like a casserole of lamb, eggplant, ocra, potatoes, pepper, etc baked in this traditional claypot.

Such a good meal. A Bulgarian friend of ours always makes it for us. Absolutely love it it. Hopefully mine does it justice. Here is my pot.

Below is not mine, but mine should look similar.

Granted, Meijer does sell lamb around here, but it's a bit pricey in Ohio for whatever reason. That said, a friend of mine wants to raise lambs partly for their meat. As for me, if my chicken breasts thaw today, will be trying homemade deep fried chicken.
