-Not a spell check problem. The author stated "Army" not "Air Force."They're not used by the US Army. Maybe disable your spell-check?
But yes, slow-speed handling isn't sufficient for carrier ops, from what I've read.

-Every so often I come across articles that range from weird to ridiculous. Those related to aviation I try to post here so that informed folks can witness the drivel being pumped out by self proclaimed experts and then given undeserved publicity.
-So, don't be surprised if you run into someone spouting this stuff.
