92? That's bl##dy hot. We're here at similar figures around 32C.

Here in the midwest it is common to get temps 90+ in the summer, and a few over 100+. Next week we are supposed to hit 98.

The problem is the humidity though. July and August are humid as can be. You swim to your car for example.

Its one of things I love about the midwest. We get all 4 seasons. Hot summers, mild awesome backyard fire pit falls, cold frigid snowy winters, and warm springs.

I would hate to live in a place where it is hot summer all year long, or cold winter all year long.

Sunny and warm here... 20C. Really windy though..... half my spin on the bike was awesome.... the other half (i.e. coming back) sucked from the headwinds

Yeah you're at -50% humidity and I'm at 50000% humidity View attachment 726988View attachment 726988View attachment 726988

I know both. I used to live in the deep
South. Coastal Louisiana, down on the bayou. You sweat like a sauna just walking out your front door. I also lived in Alabama, South Carolina, and Georgia. I know humid heat…

Humidity today where I live now was low at only 40%, however, the avg for our area is 70% this time of year. July and August it peaks at 84% avg. Believe me, its humid too.

Stationed at Ft. Stewart in the '80s. We painted the barracks rooms and the paint didn't dry for weeks. That's humid.

Yep, Kessler AFB for tech school, on the Mississippi gulf coast. Louisiana Georgia Florida and the Texas gulf coast. When I was young I thought Eugene Oregon was humid. How little did I know. Guam and Okinawa Japan, at least the islands had a pretty consistent breeze blowing.

I thought the same thing about Hawaii it was in the 87+ temp range every day, but that beautiful constant sea breeze made it so comfortable.

Yes, I spent a couple weeks there trying to got out. But I was always cold there as I was stationed at Andersen on Guam. The temperature was so constant the three or four degrees up or down and you were freezing or sweating. 87, 88+_ constant. It was 78-82 @ Hawaii. I was always wearing a jacket.

0948 here in Minnesota. 66°F with 77% humidity. I have the air conditioning on to try and reduce the humidity and there is water condensing on the outside of my coffee cup. My coffee is still warm.
