Depending on the source, TV Channels & Computer, the temp here in Hammond La is 8-10F. My calibrated thermometer outside indicates 8F. Still about 8 inches of snow on the ground with no chance of melting. None of my control line planes have skiis.

I went in to town to get mower fuel this morning and while waiting for the tank to fill read the current weather warning for the first time.
Because of the heatwave warning I looked at that. Here is the first page.
So far so good so then I look at the first graphic expecting it to cover three days because that is what it is headed.
Then I look at the next graphic. Because the one above says in bold print that it covers Wed/Thur/Fri I expect this to read Sat/Sun/Mon.
Boy was I wrong. It is for Thursday!
And so on - every graphic is for titled for three days but is actually only for one day.
The %^&* morons obviously do not proof read what they write
Just means I have time to finish the RAAF aeroplane maintenance organisation manual that I am scanning right now so not a total loss.
I was only able to handle 2.5 hours of mowing this morning tho so that was not so good. I hope to get in another hour before dark.
