The Weather Where You Live? (2 Viewers)

Icy cold and windy (25+ mph). Not fun when building a fence and deck.

Topped 37C yesterday, we'll only get 23C today if were lucky. :D

Have to g0o hunt a beach first, were kind of landlocked up here on the high planes in the foothills of the mountains. :D
Nothing stopping you from frying in the sun. Crispy critters

You forget that Lake Burley Griffin is near both Liar Central (parliament house) and the centre of beautiful downtown Canberra
I'll concede the point and confess I have swum in Burley Griffin lake but even on a hot ney, blistering hot day the water is a tad on the cold side and the Yacht Club with its cooling beer is a strong temptation and was a regular Friday afternoon haunt when I worked in the Liar Central, maintenance, not the other. :D :D :D :D

Bargara Beach one hour 30 away at 5am but slower after that. Good steakhouse and bar within 100 metres of the beach. Good place to watch the southern tourists in their bikinis enjoying themselves on a cold winters day here when is is only about 25C and Canberra is below zero.

Drizzling and heavy showers here too which is great as we depend on tank water.

I could use a VB right about now!

Woke up to a nice 2 degrees C. Should make it up to 5 today. Maybe 6 if we're lucky.

Just had one hell of a storm pass over, thunder, lightning and very heavy rain and the first lot of rain since 5 March and it registering 14C outside and another big storm coming behind. Great stuff for our parched gardens.
