The weather the last two nights here in Glasgow has been, well....I'm trying to figure out if Mother Nature is experimenting with some new seasons or just some new weather, seriously wtf!?
Nightshift can be interesting at times!

In 2010 the storm of the century caused flooding in Bundaberg, Australia, Three years later Bundy was flooded again but much worse. This week it was flooded again within cm/inches of the 2010 level. X of the century is just overused press hyperbole.

Extreme wind and raining. Looks like we lucked out because there has been no snowfall yet. The District feels confident enough that we can have school tomorrow.

Finally some rain, about 0.6 in or so. Got up to 83F and is 72F now. Good weather to sit here at the computer and enter 33 Form 1099-INT into the H&R Block tax program. Great weather this morning to take the dog for a walk at the airport at dawn, before the rain hit.

Supposed to get to 85F tomorrow, with more rain and then PLUNGE into the 40's tomorrow night with a high of only 63F and windy on Tuesday, producing another good day to sit in the car in the sun, listen to the radio and read a book. Similar conditions on Wednesday but a tad warmer. Washed and put away the blankets too early, it would seem.

Snow is getting close. School has been closed for tomorrow and day will not be made up. Looks like my continued aircraft research time continues! Research time was fruitful as I was able to add 200 more to the collection.

Just over a foot of snow at the airport.
Now it's blowing like crazy.

We hit 93F today. Tomorrow's high is projected to be 54, and I can feel the front settling in already. Then back into the upper-80s for the next weekend.

Good thing I'm a roller-coaster fanatic.

School has been cancelled. That wind out there is a real mother. The ice probably wouldn't have helped travel much. Slippery as hell.

The storm that Viking1066 is referencing passed out of the Twin Cities area about 10 hrs ago. They were predicting 14"-20" for the area but in the cities themselves we only got 8"-12".

Currently 13°F/-11°C with a wind chill good for -6°F/-21°C. Extremely clear skies, the stars are really beautiful.

Wind blew itself out with very little snow. RUSD closed because MPS closed, and they followed suit like good little boys.

Ok, so now Winter is screwing with us.

88° (31C) today, tomorrow through Friday is expected to be in the low 90's (32C+).

The news is proclaiming "Global Warming", but also stating that these high temps *may* break the record high temps set back in 1912 and 1914.

Idiots...

Winter is giving us one last kiss -- supposed to get down to 36F tonight, below 40 last night. The winds last night were pretty fierce, took off about 15' of oak branch, and blew our outside trash can over and scattered crap to Hell and breakfast.

Same here. We had a high of 60°F/16°C on 8 March with very little snow on the ground, tonight it is -1°F/-18°C with a wind chill good for -8°F/-22°C, and snow cover of several inches everywhere.
