Had they both been available earlier, it would have been something to see in 1944 an all-Griffon powered CAG of Seafang and Mk IV Barracuda. That would be a match for a hypothetical IJNAF force of A7M Reppū and B7A Ryusei. Though hopefully the IJN has something like an A8M in the works.
