On an overcast Saturday afternoon on April 30th, a capacity crowd at the Steuber Rugby Grounds at Stanford University was treated to a hard fought National Collegiate Championship match between U.C. Berkeley and the University of Utah. The U.C. Berkeley rugby team won its 21st National Title defeating the University of Utah 44-7.
U.C. Berkeley has won the national title 14 of the past 15 years.
