US Gov't spending money like a drunken sailor??

A letter to the Northern Wyoming Daily News: (as reported by PJTV)

To the Editor,

I object and take exception to everybody saying that Obama and the Congress are spending money like a drunken sailor. As a former drunken sailor, I quit when I ran out of money.
