    WOW! I just saw my first V-22. It was flying low over the house on its way to Pendleton! Very distinctive sound. Totally cool! Wonder if it was being flown by the guy who was on this forum in training, forgot his user name. Haven't heard from him in a while.

    Very cool, you lucky bugger :) , maybe once a year a Chinook fly over/near my tower block usually towards RAF Cosford dfrection, once ta AH-64 came over that a ways too.

    Yeah, that's him. Too bad he doesn't participate any more. I miss him.

    would love to see one fly over my place...think they could make a wrong turn or something...:D

    I seen one fly while I was at Hilton Head SC last summer. Nothing in the world looks and sounds like an Osprey! :cool:
