Thanks for stopping by folks, were back on dry land today with the smell of high octane fuel, screaming engines and scorched rubber.

Martini Brabham BT44B – 1975 and as F1 cars go, this is quite a compact little machine.

Never tried any F-1 cars, or even simulator games ...

But played NFS Porsche Collection and Ford Race game. Both were for Windows XP SP1.

IRL, I drove the other small racing cars, Karting. An interesting experience.

Thanks Artesh, I did a little karting myself in my younger days, always managed to spin out.

One of the better things I did was land sailing in the desert, it was great if inside a large sand devil, you'd shoot out at a great speed and if we had a good wind, a 100k speed was quite often achievable. Happy days.

A minor point - the escape hatch on the starboard side wasn't hinged, it was a "knock out" panel.

Yep and I don't think it was normally used for getting into and out of the aircraft except for bailing out. Still a nice model though.
